Governance and policy

The Planning & Resource Allocation Committee (PRAC) provides the strategic lead for VfM in the University. It delivers and maintains the University’s VFM Strategy, policy and guidance; reviews and reports on the inclusion of VFM in all the University’s normal planning processes; make recommendations to Council and its major committees on issues that require central sponsorshipand support; and communicating best practice in VFM across the Collegiate University.

View key projects already underway

PRAC approved a Value for Money strategy for the University in March 2015. 

PRAC receives a Value for Money annual report in November each year, and through this agrees the practice for the coming year.
