Pay Increase: Salary scales updated (1 August  2018)

Following the 2018 national pay negotiations, the annual pay uplift for non-clinical University staff has now been approved for implementation at Oxford.

The uplift is a 2% increase on salaries, save for the first ten points of the University’s salary and grading structure where increases of up to 2.55% apply. The uplift is effective from 1 August 2018 and will be implemented in the October payroll.
